Riverside Student Ministries is "An Uprising of Youth Transformed by the love of Jesus Christ."

“But when anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with an ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord.” [2 Cor. 3:16-18]

REVOLUTION. Join us every Tuesday night for “Revolution” at 6:30pm for our mid-week youth group in the sanctuary of the church. Come hang with friends and play some games, but expect to encounter Jesus along the way through our time of worship and a message that applies God’s Word to your everyday life. Come connect with God in a real and powerful way or be prayed for by our ministry team.

THE DIVE. On Sunday mornings we gather in the youth space of the church at 9:15am for what we call “the Dive” because this is a time when we get serious and dive into the Word of God. It provides us with some amazing conversations about God’s love and purpose for our lives as we study God’s truth and go deeper together.

THE JOURNEY. We do a little thing on Wednesday nights at called “the Journey.” We meet at 7pm at the Emery’s. Our time together give us the opportunity to strengthen and equip students to live out their faith. Plus, students get to engage with other students who are on the same journey that they are.

Wanna Be a Student Ministries Intern?

We are looking for young adults who are passionately pursuing God and who have a desire to work with students grades 7-12 at Riverside Student Ministries (RSM). We are looking for interns this year who can help with games, activities, and other youth ministry opportunities. We need someone who is available on Tuesday evenings and hopefully even on Sunday mornings. You will be able to help develop small groups and small group material as well have a ton of opportunities to make a great impact on some amazing young people.

Are you passionate about worship? We are also looking for a worship intern this year. This will be an opportunity where you get to guide and lead a group of student leaders in the area of worship. If you have experiece leading worship and leading others on a team, then please apply. We need someone available on Tuesday evenings primarily. Practice can be before youth group , but if you are available on an additional day for practice then that would be ideal.

You must be committed to living out a Christ-honoring lifestyle and you must be willing to work under the supervision and leadership of the Student Ministries Pastor
