To offer the opportunity of a full and continuous foundationof discipleship to every person who comes through the doors of RWC.

Strategy

Through one-on-one and small group discipleship continuouslyimpact the lives of people seeking a stronger relationship with Christ. As people journey through discipleship, the impact of a discipling focused church will assist them throughout their entire attendance at RWC.

Matthew 28:19-20

Go to the people of all nations and make them my disciples.Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to do everything I have told you. I will be with you always, even until the end of the world.

Ephesians 4:11-13

And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ: till we all attain unto the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a full-grown man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

As you enter the doors of Riverside WesleyanChurch we desire that youimmerse yourself into the FLOW. The FLOWis a process of discipleship that will strengthen your faith, deepen your walkand knowledge of our Lord and Savior. The mandates for you and the church (as given above in Matthew andEphesians) are the impetus that drives us to a strategy such as this. The initial year long process will take youthrough four quarters of the discipleship process:
