Educational Background:  Associate of Science, Architectural Technology, 1972, Sacramento City College; Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare, 1975, California State University Sacramento; Master of Public Administration, 1980, California State University Sacramento; The Wesleyan Church Course of Study Certificate for Commissioned Minister, 2005, Northern California Ministry Training Center; ordained as a Commissioned Minister in the Wesleyan Church in July, 2005.

Work Experience:  State of California, 34 years, retired on July 1, 2004.

Marriage: Danelle R. Jaime, 37 years on June 17th.

Phil Stevenson, former Senior Pastor of Arcade Wesleyan Church, because he introduced me to the pastoral ministry in 1997 by asking me to lead Church in the Park an out reach ministry; and Rev. Bill Wickham, Senior Pastor, Spring Valley Church, because he unselfishly mentored and faithfully assisted me in preparing for my final ordination examination.

Defining Spiritual Moment in my life: Several years ago, prior to my mothers passing in 1999, I was having a discussion with her in her kitchen about my involvement in Children's Ministry activities at Arcade Wesleyan Church.  As she continued cooking, she stopped stirring what ever it was on the stove, stopped me in mid-sentence, and pointing a wooden spoon at me said, "Some day, you're going to be a Pastor". Those words have proven to be very prophetic.  Since then they continue to replay over and over and I cherish them as a true gift from God.
