I. RWC Vision Statement:

Our vision is to impact our community relationally, affect those around us spiritually, while seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit continuously.
 

II. Our Process:

a.       Reach People

b.      Raise People

c.       Release People to impact our community for Christ.

III. Through this process, we will:

• Reach out to people, serve and connect to the community with the love of Christ and impact the community around us relationally and spiritually.
• Raise people to become mature believers of Christ through discipleship, evangelism, training and equipping while at the same time impacting our community relationally and spiritually.
• Release people to minister the Gospel and establish Riverside Wesleyan Church within the community as the heart of Christ.
• As we move through this process, we will continuously seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
